Aquarium insert FAQ
What is the difference between a Plug & Play insert and a custom insert?
Plug & Play inserts are pre-fabricated designs you can buy online and install right away. Custom inserts are designed and fabricated for your specific tank, species and look.
Can H006 sections be combined?
Yes. The H006 large-format insert system is sold whole or as individual sections and section combinations, so you can configure it to fit your tank.
Are the inserts safe for fish?
Yes — they are made from the same animal-safe, non-leaching, fade-resistant materials we supply to public aquariums and zoos.
Do you install inserts?
Yes. We ship and install worldwide, and also refresh or replace inserts in existing tanks — see repairs & refurbishment.
